Step 1: Get a Wallet App There are many cryptocurrency wallet apps available. Here we use Trust Wallet as an example. You can choose to download it from the Apple or Google app stores, or use the browser extension. (Click the links below to download)
Apple Google Chrome
After downloading Trust Wallet, the next step is to follow the app instructions to create your first wallet (don’t forget to back up your mnemonic phrase to prevent loss).

Step 2: Purchase Cryptocurrency in the Trust Wallet App On the wallet homepage, click the “Deposit” button to enter the purchase page, then click the “Buy Cryptocurrency” button. Enter the fiat currency you want to use and the cryptocurrency you want to buy. Prices may fluctuate based on your region and purchase amount.
Please note, this purchase step may require you to complete KYC.
Example tutorial for purchasing USDT on the BSC chain; other chains follow a similar process:

Step 3: Generate an order on our website to purchase using cryptocurrency. For USDT, select the bottom option; for BTC and LTC, select Webmoney.

Step 4: Complete the payment in your wallet app On the popped-up Webmoney USDT order page, select the cryptocurrency and network you wish to pay with (note: this step must be correct). If you purchased USDT (BSC/BEP20) in step 2, you need to select USDT (and BSC/BEP20) here. Then, you need to copy the payment amount and address.
Note: Please confirm the network of the USDT you purchased. Sending to the wrong network will result in funds not arriving. Please carefully check:
ERC20: ETH network
TRC20: TRON network
BEP20: BSC
They have different icons. Please carefully distinguish the type you hold!
We only accept USDT, please do not transfer other coins such as BNB, ETH, or TRX!

In the Trust Wallet app, select Send, then choose the cryptocurrency you need to pay with, carefully distinguishing the type of USDT you hold. Different types cannot be transferred interchangeably. Then click “Send,” enter the copied address (or scan the QR code) and amount. After completing the payment, the process is done!
Tips
- The most common error causing payment failure is not selecting the correct cryptocurrency and network on the order page. Be sure to select both the correct cryptocurrency and network. For example, if you select USDT on the BEP/BSC network but pay with USDT/ERC20, the order will get stuck.
- Another common error is the order being stuck in a partial payment status, usually because the miner fee was forgotten during payment. (However, this usually does not happen when using Trust Wallet or USDT (BSC) because Trust Wallet independently calculates miner fees, and the BSC chain’s miner fees are very low and almost negligible.) But if you use other wallet apps, please ensure the actual payment amount (after deducting miner fees) matches the amount on the order page; otherwise, your payment may get stuck.
- If you encounter any payment issues, please contact our support via email and provide your payment information: screenshots, order ID and payment ID on the webpage, payment address on the webpage (case-sensitive), and the Tx hash of the successful transaction.
